Returning a physical ClickBank product: supplements, creams and kits

Before you start
- Find the order number in your ClickBank receipt email. Each upgrade has its own.
- Check the refund window in your order details. Sellers can set it anywhere from 30 to 90 days, and some offer longer. Use our refund deadline calculator.
- Read the seller's refund or returns page, usually linked in the footer of the sales page or in your order email. Look for: whether you must return the product, whether opened bottles are accepted, the return address, and whether shipping is refunded.
Step by step
- Request the refund on clkbank.com for each order you want refunded.
- If the seller asks for the product back, pack it with your order number and send it to the address they give, not to ClickBank, unless told otherwise.
- Use tracked postage and keep the receipt and tracking number.
- Reply to the support ticket with the tracking number if asked.
- Keep all emails until the refund shows on your statement.
Why physical refunds take longer
A digital refund can be processed almost immediately. With a physical product, the refund may wait until the return is accounted for. Your bank can then take several business days to show the credit.
After the window closes
ClickBank will direct you to the seller. Their contact details are in your order information. Sellers can ask ClickBank to issue a refund for up to 90 days after purchase, so it's worth asking politely even a little late.
Paid with PayPal?
You can request the refund through clkbank.com or PayPal. ClickBank's documentation gives PayPal purchases a longer refund period, but confirm it in your order.
Frequently asked questions
