How we review
What goes into every page on this site, and what doesn't.

Our method
For each program we read the vendor's public pages, note exactly what is included and what the vendor claims, then look for independent evidence on the type of approach the program uses.
Sources we use
- The vendor's public sales and product pages.
- Peer-reviewed research and systematic reviews, where they exist.
- Guidance from public health bodies and professional organisations.
Research notes, not hands-on
We have not personally tested the programs reviewed here. Every review carries a visible “Research notes — not hands-on” badge. We never invent test results, personal experiences, testimonials, ratings, user numbers or weight-loss figures. If we ever test a program, the page will say so clearly.
How we treat health claims
We never say or imply that a program cures, treats or prevents any condition, and we never promise specific results. Vendor claims are written as “The vendor says…” and paired with a “What the evidence says” box that is honest when the evidence is thin.
Money
We earn commissions from some links. That never changes what we write, and we don't offer bonuses or incentives. See our disclosure.
