How to cancel a ClickBank subscription or autoship

By the Well Review Notes editor · Updated · 4 min read

Recognise the recurring charge

Recurring ClickBank charges appear on your statement as "CLKBANK*COM" or similar, usually on the same day each month. Common sources in wellness offers are monthly supplement autoships, membership areas and recurring add-ons accepted during checkout.

Step by step

  1. Find the ClickBank receipt email for the original purchase. It has the order number.
  2. Go to clkbank.com and look up your order with the email address used at checkout.
  3. Select the recurring order and choose the option to cancel the subscription.
  4. Save the confirmation email.
  5. If you also want money back for the latest payment, request a refund on the same order while you're inside the refund window.

Cancelling vs refunding

Cancelling stops future payments. It doesn't return payments already made. ClickBank's policy allows the most recent payment to be refunded, and more than one payment if they fall inside the standard refund window. A refund on a recurring product also cancels the future payments.

If you can't find the order

Search your inbox for "ClickBank" around the first charge date. If someone else in your household uses the card, ask them. If you still can't find it, contact ClickBank through clkbank.com with the charge date and amount. If no one recognises the charge, contact your card issuer.

Physical shipments already on the way

If an autoship has already been dispatched, cancelling stops the next one, not the parcel in transit. To get money back for it, request a refund and follow the seller's return instructions. Returning a physical product
